1. Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. During high-volume periods or holiday seasons, processing time may take longer than usual. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.
2. Methods of Shipping and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (EU): 5-7 business days | €10
- Standard Shipping (International): 7-14 business days | €20
- Express Shipping (EU): 2-4 business days | €20
- Express Shipping (International): 5-8 business days | €30
- Overnight Shipping (EU Only): 1-2 business days | €40
Please note that overnight shipping is available only within the European Union.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of €10 for standard shipping within the EU and €20 for international orders.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders over €150 within the EU and over €200 for international orders.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, overnight shipping is limited to EU countries only. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide, but restrictions may apply based on location.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.
7. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may be applied. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in our shipping costs. Babili Garden is not responsible for these charges, and they must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
